Question 1: Introduce yourself to our readers.
Answer :I am simple person, who likes music. I love to play flute. I also have interest in Sufi literature(Persian) and like to explore this field.
Question 2: Describe Your written test experience specifying the number of rounds, details of each round and type of test platform ( If online mention the type of test platform eg. Hackereart, CoCubes, Amcat etc).
Answer:There was an online test comprising of different sections(quant, aptitude, data interpretation etc.). The test comprised of 50-80 questions. The test was okayish. Around 460 students appeared for the test and around 220 were shortlisted.
Question 3: Describe your all technical interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round (if any).
Answer:We had video interviews then. These consisted of 8 questions that were to be answered. Then followed 3 written questions(Situational, behaviour and guessing) and we were given minutes to write them(around 200-250 words). These were very crucial. However, my video interviews did not go as well as they ought to. We also had to answer the following questions:Relate yourself to an animal, tell a situation in which during team-work, you encountered a conflict situation and how it was handled, and what makes you a good to be around person(and annoying too). After this we were given a case study. I must say this was hard. I was not able to answer even a single question properly. I directly headed to the HR round( my HR interview took place first. After coming from HR interview, my technical interview began. I told the interviewer that I did not answer any of the questions of the case study, but wan to discuss with him.He agreed and asked me to carry on. I discussed my approaches with him. After the case study,we moved further. The technical interview was mostly focused on SQL,DBMS and OS. It went quite well. I must insist here that whatever question the interviewer throws at you,you must not give up on it and keep trying. Try to discuss your obtained solution with the interviewer. The interviewer sees your approach to the question, rather than obtaining the correct answer. So do not give up till the end.
Question 4: Describe your all HR interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round.
Answer:My HR interview took place before the technical interview. I was asked to introduce myself, tell my strengths and weaknesses, and why i wanted to join ZS Associates. You must be honest and talk genuinely with them. I was asked some puzzles(be honest and don’t give up here either). Rest went like a regular HR interview. At the end,I was asked if I had any questions. I asked the senior person what work was done by him, what are the skill sets required, what is the scope of growth and what kind of projects are done.At the end,I asked him to review me too.
Question 5: What do you think were key factors for your selection?
Answer:Be honest, seriously. Research the company and the job profile Resume should be well built and it must be known to you i.e. everything written on the resume must be genuine and you must be able to explain it to the other person about anything, when asked.
Question 6: What would you like to advise juniors for cracking Technical round of this company?
Answer:DO some work, projects which you have interest in. Work on your strengths to make them your valuable assets. If you have some hobbies, carry them on with full passion. Focus on OS and DBMS, these are crucial subjects.
Question 7: What would you like to advise juniors for cracking HR round of this company?
