Here are the questions we asked from Robin to know about his interview experience.
Question 1: Describe Your written test experience specifying the number of rounds, details of each round and type of test platform ( If online mention the type of test platform eg. Hackereart, CoCubes, Amcat etc).
Answer: Platform for the test was amcat. There was a single round of written test and was divided into three parts- aptitude, verbal, and logical reasoning. Aptitude needs a month preparation from a good teacher as it requires good speed with patience ( same with Logical Reasoning). English from your schools helps you enough.
Question 2: Describe your all technical interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round (if any).
Answer: There wasn’t any technical interview. In HR only they may ask a little your technical skills but they are not at all concerned with your technical skills. But apart from written test, there was a group discussion with a moderate difficulty level.
Question 3: Describe your all HR interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round.
Answer: Single round of mine ( but they can call you for the second ). First of all, I got a chance to introduce myself from where he came to my father’business as I said that I analysed my father’s business many times. So he spent approximately 15 minutes in understanding my analysis over how I am thinking to give some technology to the business. Then he tried to check my creativity and presence of mind through a question. he said,” Okay, so I am having your father’s business and you are having your technology to digitalise my business. Convince me to get your technology telling me all pros and cons of it .” And I just put a smile on my face and started convincing him just after a brief pause. Fortunately, I was able to convince him by providing many points. Then he asked me about my project in Java (again because I said my java project is also the example of my analysis of a business to provide a technology). We spent next 10-15 minutes in conversing about it and then he talked about my co-curricular activities and ending up with me to ask some question.
Question 4: What do you think were key factors for your selection?
Answer: I think I performed very well in my Interview. I was spontaneous and fluent with my thoughts.
Question 5: What would you like to advise juniors for technical skills they should develop for this company?
Answer: Have some quality projects that shows your dedication towards your practical analysis.
Question 6: What would you like to advise juniors for cracking HR round of this company?
Answer: Prepare well for some general questions before going for the interview. Finally just paste a decent smile on your face even if it is not coming. Rest try to improve your interpersonal skills. If you have these you can easily crack interviews.
