Here are the questions we asked from Shaffi to know about her interview experience.
Question 1: Introduce yourself to our readers.
Answer 1: I am ECE student and I am very good at academics. That’s why I am selected for the technical profile. I believe in hard work that sooner gonna pay off.
Question 2: Describe Your written test experience specifying the number of rounds, details of each round and type of test platform ( If online mention the type of test platform eg. Hackereart, CoCubes, Amcat etc).
Answer: There is only one written test. Test level is easy. It consists of two section one is aptitude and other is technical.There is sectional cutoff. Aptitude has both verbal and quant. Technical consist of basic c/c++ question.

Question 3: Describe your all technical interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round.
Answer: There is one technical round. Questions asked is completely depend on panel. From some they ask puzzels and from some they ask questions on languages. My round was on languages. Being an ECE student, I have knowledge of only c language. So, It was rapid fire round on basic c questions. they ask around 50 questions. Then they ask 5 question on simple aptitude(time and work, directions, blood relation)
Question 4: Describe your all HR interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round.
Answer: There is only one round. Interviewer is very friendly. First they ask me my introduction. Since i mention i have interest in electronics. They ask me some questions on basic electronics. Then they ask about my family background. Then they give me some situations to find solution. And the last imp que is why sapient ? and why not sapient?
Question 5: What do you think were key factors for your selection?
Answer: They need students of having strong basic knowledge in computer languages and I had good basics.
Question 6: What would you like to advise juniors for cracking HR round of this company?
Answer: For hr student should have good communication skills and must have a thought out of a box.
