Here are the questions we asked from Abhishek to know about his interview experience.
Question 1: Introduce yourself to our readers.
Answer 1: I can describe myself as a realistic person who adapts quickly to situations
Question 2: Describe Your written test experience specifying the number of rounds, details of each round and type of test platform ( If online mention the type of test platform eg. Hackereart, CoCubes, Amcat etc).
Answer: There were total 3 rounds.
- Online Aptitude test- All branches were eligible with a cgpa cut of 6.5 . The test was purely aptitude and the level was from easy to moderate. The aptitude consisted up of verbal, lr and quant. The test was conducted on AMCAT platform. I advise you to don’t go for excessive cheating as there is an upper cut as well.
- JAM and CS- The JAM was for USI and CS was for DI. Since I was in DI, I had a Case study. There were 6 people in my panel. We were a given a case of day to day working of Deloitte. We presented our analysis and two officials judged us. It was pretty good and 5 of us qualified for next stage.
- Interview- It was overall an HR with a tinge of Technical. All questions were from my resume. My projects and my ability to explain there financial advantages helped me a lot.

Answer: My HR interview went pretty good. I was able to drive my interview my way and all questions were from my resume so it went well.
Question 5: What do you think were key factors in your selection?
Answer: The key factors were my projects and my ability to back my points with facts.
Question 6: What would you like to advise juniors for cracking HR round of this company?
Answer: Just be sure of what you have written in your resume. Be yourself and be confident.
