Question 1:Describe Your written test experience specifying the number of rounds, details of each round and type of test platform ( If online mention the type of test platform eg. Hackereart, CoCubes, Amcat etc).
Answer: There was a test comprises of 3 parts which covers the portion of Aptitude, Technical knowledge, Data Interpretation and verbal. The type of test platform was Amcat Software.
Question 2:Describe your all technical interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round (if any).
Answer: First of all they asked to introduce yourself. After that they asked questions related to my projects all those mentioned in my CV. They asked me questions situation based as my profile was operation and sales manager. After that they asked me one puzzle.

Question 4:What would you like to advise juniors for cracking HR round of this company?
Answer: Good communication skills, Clarity of thoughts, General awareness and Organizational skills. Always be open minded. Try to agree first in spite of showing disagreement directly. Always have capability of handling the situations.
Question 5:Any Other Advice you would like to give to your juniors?
Answer: Always give a truthful and genuine answer. Maintain your CG PA from the day one. If you are interested in Core then must focus on Technical projects and show some involvement in the area of Research and Development. For Non core, join different societies according to your interest or participate in various activities.
