Here are the questions we asked from Akshat Sharma to know about his interview experience.
Question 1:Introduce yourself to our readers.
Answer: I am a fun loving , cheerful and a dedicated person
Question 2:Describe Your written test experience specifying number of rounds ,details of each round and type of test platform(online -amcat,hackerearth etc offline)
Answer: There were 2 rounds initially – First was the aptitude test which had questions from General Aptitude and DI-LR . Those who qualified this moved to the second round.
Second there was a video round in which you had to record the answers of the questions that were displayed on the screen( there was 1 minute for thinking and 3 minutes to answer (per question))
Do note that these rounds take place very late at night so be ready for that
Question 3:Describe your all technical interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round (if any)(please share coding questions if possible)
Answer: No technical rounds
Question 4:Describe your all HR interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round
Answer: There was first a case study round for all the shortlisted students in which a case study was given which was to be solved in 30 minutes and then there was a long discussion with the interviewer on the approach that was followed to solve the case study
Do remember their are only looking for the approach , your answers do not matter that much
After this there was a telephonic round with the a senior manager of the firm in which there were various questions like guesstimates etc.
Finally, there was a situation based round with the HR person in which you have to assume the role of an employee of ZS and convince the interviewer who acts as a client
Question 5:Key factors for your selection
Answer: Confidence, Good aptitude and remaining calm
Question 6:Advice to juniors for cracking HR round
Answer: Be yourself and answer the questions calmly with full confidence.
They are there to select you so don’t be nervous
