Branch and Graduation Year: Electrical, 2019

Package Offered: 6.7 lacks including benefits

Cgpa Cutoff : 6.5

Interview Difficulty Level: 6/10 (1-very easy, 10-very difficult)

Here are the questions we asked from Ankit gupta to know about his interview experience.

Question 1:Introduce yourself to our readers.

Answer: “I am a happy individual, grown up in a famile of 18 beautiful people who supported me religiously through my thick and thin.”

Here, You have to say something that can actually create a direct impact on your employer, do not say things that are already mentioned in your CV.

Question 2:Describe Your written test experience specifying number of rounds ,details of each round and type of test platform(online -amcat,hackerearth etc offline)

Answer: Test platform – amcat
1st level was an online test which comprised of aptitude, verbal reasoning, logical reasoning and data interpretation.
I did not have any technical rounds sitting for delloite.

Question 3:Describe your all technical interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round (if any)(please share coding questions if possible)

Answer: Delloitte did not have any technical rounds, 1st round was an online test as described above, 2nd round was a jam session for business profiles and GD ( case study based) for technical profiles.
Right after that, I had my final interview for the company.

Question 4:Describe your all HR interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round

Answer: My final interview round was an HR interview round.
Various questions like –
1. Introduce yourself
2. Your projects? What did you do in Thapar?
3. Question about summer training
4. Do you have any questions for me?
5. Where do you see yourself in next 5 years?

Question 5:Key factors for your selection

Answer: Observation, presence of mind, confidence and thinking out of box.

Question 6:Advice to juniors for technical skills they should develop

Answer: Just a simple advice, be good at whatever you do/ write in your resume. Should not be like you knew c++ and now you’ve forgotten due to a 6 months gap.
Make sure, you’ll be asked questions on the basis of what you have written in your resume.

Question 7:Advice to juniors for cracking HR round

Answer: Be honest, be yourself, be truthful and do not try to jump to conclusions.
Always ask ” Sir can I have two minutes to gather my thoughts? ” when a question like where do you see yourself in the next 5 years is asked, ( incase you need 2 minutes).
