Here are the questions we asked from Aryan Chanana to know about his interview experience.
Question 1:Describe Your written test experience specifying the number of rounds, details of each round and type of test platform ( If online mention the type of test platform eg. Hackereart, CoCubes, Amcat etc).
Answer: There were 4 rounds- cognitive ability, learning ability, english round and coding test. All of them were elimination rounds.
In the first round you are supposed to play some basic games which require basic mathematics.
In the second round, there were situation based questions which only tested your personal traits. The key is to stick with what you truly are because they would ask the same questions in a different way again and again.
Third round was very easy. Basic grammatical skills were tested.
Forth round had one code and few technical questions (4-5). Basic coding skills and some knowledge on DBMS and networking would be sufficient.
Question 2:Describe your all HR interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round.
Answer: There was only one round. It was majorly resume based interview. Basic HR questions were being asked on the interview. For the technical part, one should be fully aware of the technologies that the company is working on.
Question 3:What would you like to advise juniors for cracking HR round of this company?
Answer: Be confident and truthful
