Question 1:Introduce yourself to our readers.
Answer: I am from Palampur and am doing B.tech in DTU. In school for cocurricular , I was interested in Dancing and Poetry. Also I am the founder of the Poetry Club ‘Guftagu’ in my college.
Question 2:Describe Your written test experience specifying number of rounds ,details of each round and type of test platform(online -amcat,hackerearth etc offline)
Answer: No written test . It was on the basis of CV shortlisting (9 out of 25). Also I was doing an internship in this company in my 3rd year and got a pre placement offer. There was a Group Discussion regarding the topic – ‘Environment in 20 years’. Major points from my sides were The Development via Government , Approaching Moral Obligation , Self Service and then previal. Also scaling up from Personal to International level.
Question 3:Describe your all technical interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round (if any)(please share coding questions if possible)
Answer: In the technical Interview it was regarding the Field Work of my internship. What is the present Scenario. Also I had assisted in a research paper regarding coal power plant dispersion . They asked a few questions from my CV and why I had placed them in my CV. Also only 2 people got the Job.

Answer: Confidence , Through CV Knowledge , Honest Answers , No fidgeting in Interview , Also my extracurricular aided.
Question 5: Describe your all HR interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round.
Answer: The HR round was simple one and they mostly asked about my Whereabouts and Basic Questions
Question 6: Advice to juniors for technical skills they should develop
Answer: Maintain a Decent CV . Improve on Basic Technical Knowledge.
Question 7: Advice to juniors for cracking HR round
Answer: Please be honest and confident. They’ll try to crack with some pressure but sustain it.
