Rishu Raj’s Bosch Interview Experience

“Rishu Raj” who was placed at “Bosch” talks about his interview experience and some other tips to prepare for placement season.

Here are the questions we asked from Rishu to know about his interview experience.

Question 1: Introduce yourself to our readers.

Answer 1:I am Rishu Raj finding an opportunity in a good electronics institute

Question 2: Describe Your written test experience specifying the number of rounds, details of each round and type of test platform ( If online mention the type of test platform eg. Hackereart, CoCubes, Amcat etc).

Answer:There was an online test of shortlisted students(Shortlisting on the basis of cgpa).The test consisted of four parts quant,verbal,logical and technical.In written test quant,logical and verbal parts were very easy ,one can solve 12-13 questions out of 15 in each section without any difficulties or time constraint. Technical part was difficult.I solved very few questions in technical,still i managed to clear Aptitute round.The test was conducted by AMCAT.

Question 3: Describe your all technical interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round (if any).

Answer:Technical interview consisted of only one round in which the interviewer asked mostly from resume.He asked my favourite subject ,i told him Control System in which he asked what is nyquist stablity criteria and some questions he asked from PID controller.He also asked whether i am interested in coding then i replied no and i said that but if needed then i can do coding.Basically i was mainly focusing on My projects and hardware area. So in technical round he asked mainly from projects and resume

Question 4: Describe your all HR interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round.

Answer:HR round was simple.He asked to describe myself ,my family background,why should we hire you,are you interested in further studies,can you relocate anywhere,who is your inspiration,why bosch and some basics questions which one can answer easily.

Question 6: What would you like to advise juniors for cracking Technical round of this company?

AnswerFor core electronics read digital electronics from Anand Kumar and analog from Boylestad. In control system mostly focus on PID and stablity. If you want to do summer internship from IITs or Good NITs then kindly contact me

Question 7: What would you like to advise juniors for cracking HR round of this company?

Answer:For HR round be confident in yourself.Never tell anything in hindi.They will ask you basic questions.Try to bluff as much as you can but you should speak confidently.
