Answer: Debater, Serial MUNner, Avid traveller, Pro gamer and always looking for something which challenges the Status Quo.

Question 2:Describe Your written test experience specifying number of rounds ,details of each round and type of test platform(online -amcat,hackerearth etc offline)

Answer: 2 online tests:
1. Aptitude (Quant questions, Logical Reasoning and Data Interpretation)
2. Video Conferencing ( 8 Guestimates and HR scenario questions )

Question 3:Describe your all technical interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round (if any)(please share coding questions if possible)

Answer: 3. Group Discussion (current affair topic )
4. Case Study Solving and Interview (very mathematically intensive and difficult, majority of the students are rejected here )

Answer: 5. HR and general skill test round
6. Fit Interview( pressure round to test if the candidate is eligible to work and grow in ZS Associates)

Question 5:Key factors for your selection

Answer: Higher order analytical and quantitative skills, being calm under pressure, good communication skills and presence of mind

Question 6:Advice to juniors for technical skills they should develop

Answer: Develop your brain. Don’t let it rot. Practice any kind of problems which elevates your mind to strategically and effectively any problem that you face in life.

Question 7:Advice to juniors for cracking HR round

Answer: The interviewers are here to select you and not reject people. If you sit with what the company’s ideology is and prepare as you are an effective human who is adaptive and works hard in whatever environment possible.
