Question 1:Introduce yourself to our readers.
Answer: I am pursuing civil engineering from NIT Jalandhar, currently in final year.
Question 2:Describe Your written test experience specifying number of rounds ,details of each round and type of test platform(online -amcat,hackerearth etc offline)
Answer: There was only one round of written test which include english & apti. Total time duration was 1.5 hours.
Question 3:Describe your all technical interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round (if any)(please share coding questions if possible)
Answer: There was combined technical & HR interview round.
Question 4: Key factors for your selection
Answer: You must have atleast one skill that relates to company’s intrest.
Question 6: Advice to juniors for technical skills they should develop
Answer: I would say, being a civil engineer you should know basics of drafting and designing softwares like Autocad and Staad pro. Moreover if possible you should go for site visits for better understanding of practical work
Question 7: Advice to juniors for cracking HR round
Answer: Just show your confidence while answering.
