Question 6:Advice to juniors for technical skills they should develop.

Answer: First priority should be Academics. I know a lot of people would tell CG doesn’t matter, but it really does because if you can’t even clear the cut off for giving the test, the other skills don’t even matter. So maintain a decent CGPA. Then learn a programing language. You can learn more than one. But master any one of it. And then comes the Data Structures, learn them and try to master them. Practice and solve tons of questions. Pick any one website to practice. There are many options GeeksforGeeks, LeetCode. Explore them and find which one you like and stick to any one.

Question 7:What would you like to advise juniors for cracking HR round of this company?

Answer: For giving your best in HR round, work on your communication skills. Be confident while answering and practice and get accustomed on how to answer situational questions.

Question 8:Any other advice you would like to give to your juniors?

Answer: Projects, start with small and move on to do some good projects which are worth mentioning in your resume and you should know them inside out when you are asked about them in interviews. If you can then do learn technologies which are new in the market. This will give you an edge over the others in interviews. And never mention something that you don’t have much knowledge about on your resume.
