Here are the questions we asked from Jatin Arora to know about his interview experience.
Question 1:Introduce yourself to our readers.
Answer: I am a Detail Oriented person with good public relations and listening skills.
Question 2:Describe Your written test experience specifying number of rounds ,details of each round and type of test platform(online -amcat,hackerearth etc offline)
Answer: Test was conducted on AMCAT, an online platform. It had three parts one of which was quant, another was quant advance and an english part.
Question 3:Describe your all HR interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round
Answer: There were two rounds for Deloitte USI. The first round was JAM(Just A Minute) type in which a topic was given to us for which we had to think for 30 seconds and then we had to speak on that topic for a minute. The second round was HR round where the details regarding the projects were asked.

Answer: Thapar organises a placement oriented summer school. Also you could learn from online courses and build up basics of concepts
Question 6:How important do you think are co-curricular activities (placement point-of-view) (1 – Very Low, 10 – Very High)

Answer: ThaparPedal – Smart Bike Sharing System (Capstone Project), Word Predictor using algorithms, Traffic Density based light system
Question 8:Which are the subjects one should have a thorough knowledge about, to gain an edge over other students (specific to your branch)?
Answer: Computer Students should have thorough knowledge of Data Structure and Algorithms, Operating Systems (OS), Object Oriented Programming(OOP) and Computer Networks concepts. For students aiming for software side in Electronics should have knowledge of C, C++, Linux, OOPs and OS.
