Question 1:Introduce yourself to our readers.
Answer: I m jishan garg from himachal pradesh , i have completed my 12th from chandigarh .
i have specialization in in block chain and i m a java developer
Question 2:Describe Your written test experience specifying number of rounds ,details of each round and type of test platform(online -amcat,hackerearth etc offline)
The online round was java based
questions of aptitude were also asked and MCQs were related to the subjects .
Question 3:Describe your all technical interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round (if any)(please share coding questions if possible)
Answer: first my introduction was taken then questions related to my projects were asked
Then they asked me to explain blockchain . Questions related to DS were asked
Trees and linklists were also asked
Question 4:Describe your all HR interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round
Answer: the HR interview was about 45min long .they asked me everything i mentioned in my resume . So build ur resume carefully . Also you must have indepth knowledge of your projects
Question 5:Key factors for your selection
Answer: i was very good in Java , i would rate myself 9.5 on a scale of 10 in java as i prepared for the most difficult exam in java OCJP
i was regularly coding on hackerrank and started coding from the first year itself
Question 6:Advice to juniors for technical skills they should develop
Answer: All of you must start coding from the first year itself . Make some different projects .practice dynamic coding also . Make a project which you have a gr8 knowledge about.
Question 7:Advice to juniors for cracking HR round
Answer: build a clear resume , only mention those things which you practice in actual as the HR is mainly based on your resume
And be confident and be calm
