Here are the questions we asked from Kamakshi Behl to know about her interview experience.

Question 1:Introduce yourself to the readers.

Answer: A smart-working person who likes travelling, photography and learning new things 🙂

Question 2:Describe your written test experience specifying the number of rounds, details of each round and type of test platform ( If online mention the type of test platform eg. Hackereart, CoCubes, Amcat etc).

Answer: There was one round of written test. This online test was held on HackerRank. There were multiple choice questions.
Majority of the questions were based on Computer Networks. Besides these, there were questions based on logical ability, OS and Object Oriented Programming.

Question 3:Describe your all technical interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round (if any)(please share coding questions if possible).

Answer: After the written test, there was a Group Discussion, which was another round of elimination. The group discussion was held online on Zoom.
The candidates who cleared the group discussion, were sent the interview links.
The first round of interview was the technical round. It was held virtually on Google Meet.
This round was purely based on Computer Networks.
During this one hour of interview, almost every basic concept of Networking was asked. Starting from the basics, the interviewer moved towards the working and application part of the subject; testing the in-depth knowledge of the subject. Apart from the questions on Networking, the questions related to the projects in the resume were also asked. So, make sure you write what you actually know in your resume.

Question 4:Describe your all HR interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round.

Answer: The second round of the interview was a blend of technical and HR round.
This round was also held virtually on Google Meet and lasted for 45 minutes.
Again, the basics of the subject were tested and some application based questions were asked.
Other than these, the questions such as Why do you want to join our company, Why should we hire you, What are your plans if you do not join our company etc. were asked.

Question 5:Key factors for your selection.

Answer: In-depth knowledge of the subject and good communication skills.

Question 6:What are the things students should focus on in order of priority?

Answer: Technical knowledge should be the top most priority.
Good communication skills also play an important role in cracking an interview.

Question 7:What would you like to advise juniors for cracking HR round of this company?

Answer: Read about the company before giving the interview.
Just be yourself and make sure you are able to communicate what you actually want to communicate 🙂

Question 8:Any other advice you would like to give to your juniors?

Answer: Donot panic in any situation. Just trust yourself and have patience. Everything will fall into place.
