Question 3: Describe your all technical interviews specifying the number of rounds and details of each round (if any).
Answer: There was one round of technical interview. My interview went for 1 hour. I was asked the questions related to engineering drawing subject. I was asked to draw several drawings and then basic questions regarding my internship were asked to me. The interviewer was not only testing my knowledge but was also observing me how confident I am even if I don’t know the answer. I tried to be real and didn’t hide anything from the interviewer. I told him frankly that my internship wasnt too experience giving or knowledge giving.
ADVICE: I will advise u all that dont even try to lie during ur interviewer because it is 100 percent sure that u will get trapped in his questions and then if he get to know that u lied u are straightaway out from the process. Just focus on enginering drawing subject and its basics.
Question 4: Describe your all HR interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round.
Answer: After qualifying technical interview I had one HR round too. In this round very basic questions were asked like:
- why did I want to join their company?
- what are my future plans?
- whether I will go for MBA or not.
Just try to answer them and make them realize that u respect their company and u would love to work with them and even if u want to do MBA make sure that u make them realize that u will do MBA with ur job under Bosch. They will surely make provisions for you for that.
Question 5: What do you think were key factors for your selection?
Answer: My confidence and my little knowledge(i wasn’t able to answer their all questions)

Answer: I would like to advise the following:
- Focus on basics of engineering drawing subject for the post of design profile in Bosch.
- Mention only those things about ur internship which u know well.
Question 7: What would you like to advise juniors for cracking HR round of this company?
Answer: Just be confident and answer their questions truly with some manipulations to make them think that it is the only company which u want to join.
