Here are the questions we asked from Lavish Singla to know about his interview experience.
Question 1:Describe Your written test experience specifying the number of rounds, details of each round and type of test platform ( If online mention the type of test platform eg. Hackereart, CoCubes, Amcat etc).
Answer: In the written test, one question is asked which has a time limit of 3 hours with 50 test cases and you can check your programme by running it for maximum 10 times.
Question 2:Describe your all technical interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round (if any).
Answer: After the written test, a technical round of interview is conducted. In this round questions related to operating systems, object oriented programming and data structures are being asked.
Question 3:Describe your all HR interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round.
Answer: In the HR round, they ask you some questions relating to your personal life for example: tell me something about yourself, tell about your family, tell about your strength and weaknesses, your aim and many more.
Question 4:What would you like to advise juniors for cracking HR round of this company?
Answer: For cracking HR round of this company, you must have good communication skills so that you can convince the interviewer that you are benificial for his company. You must have a clarity about your goals in your life.
Question 5:Any Other Advice you would like to give to your juniors?
Answer: You must maintain a CPGA of 8 and above so that you can set in interviews of most companies.
