Here are the questions we asked from Manik Bilawria to know about his interview experience.
Question 1:Introduce yourself to our readers:
Question 2:According to you, what role does extra curricular activities as well as participation in societies play?
Answer: They play a role in HR interview but for this profile, they were of not having that much importance
Question 3:Describe Your written test experience specifying the number of rounds, details of each round and type of test platform ( If online mention the type of test platform eg. Hackereart, CoCubes, Amcat etc).
Answer: The online test was conducted on SHL platform. Unlike other tests, it was based on logical and numerical reasoning. There were two sections namely verbal reasoning and numerical reasoning.
Question 4:Describe your all technical interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round (if any).
Answer: There were two technical rounds. The first one being quite difficult while the second one was easy. In the first round, I was asked questions related to my project and I was asked to write the code for the same. I was also asked to write the code for a 2D game and I was able to give a fair enough approach for the same. The interviewer was also satisfied with the approach. I was also asked questions based on OOPS.
In the second round, I was asked questions related to DBMS. Then he asked me to write the algorithm for finding who between the two football players will reach the ball first. Some more questions related to DBMS and OPPS were also asked.
Question 5:Describe your all HR interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round.
Answer: The HR round was quite friendly. In the HR round, I was asked to introduce myself and questions related to my family background were also asked. I was asked that what was my role in the team projects and how did I manage it.
Question 6:What would you like to advise juniors for cracking HR round of this company?
Answer: Just be honest, confident, have good communication skills and try to be yourself. Try to show that you are good to work in a team set up.
Question 7:Any Other Advice you would like to give to your juniors?
Answer: Just be clear with your concepts and have good understanding of the core subjects. Also, even if you are not able to find answers to your questions, don’t be afraid to ask the interviewer about the same.
