Interview Difficulty Level: It was quite difficult I would rate it as 9/10. (1-very easy, 10-very difficult)
Here are the questions we asked Manik Manchanda to know about his interview experience.
Question 1: Introduce yourself to our readers.
Answer: Hi, I am Manik. I am a CSE B.E student at Chitkara University, Punjab. I am currently doing my intern at Bajaj Finserv LTD.
Question 2: Describe Your written test experience specifying the number of rounds, details of each round, and type of test platform (online – amcat, hackerearth, etc / offline)
Answer: There were a total of 5 rounds. Out of which there were 2 written that were held on an online platform. In that, there were questions related to aptitude, coding, and theory subjects related questions.
Question 3: Describe your all technical interviews specifying the number of rounds and details of each round (if any) (please share coding questions if possible)
Answer: There were 2 technical rounds.
In the first round, they asked me questions related to web development and asked questions about the project.
As I recall a question based on the front end they asked me to change the word google with my name.
Another question was that I have to inspect a web page for them.
In the second round, they asked about some oops-related concepts and some coding theory questions.
Question 4: Describe your all HR interviews specifying the number of rounds and details of each round
Answer: There was only HR round. In that, they simply put questions like job location and other general questions.
Question 5: What were the key factors for your selection?
Answer: Confidence, hard work, good conceptual knowledge.
Question 6: What are the things students should focus on in order of priority?
Answer: Coding is a must, theory subjects, projects.
Question 7: According to you, what role do extracurricular activities as well as participation in societies play?
Answer: Confidence, network, connecting skills.
Question 8: Any Other Advice you would like to give to your juniors?
Answer: Use GitHub and git for web development, good knowledge about theory subjects, dsa concepts.
