Here are the questions we asked from Mannat Batish to know about her interview experience.
Question 1:Introduce yourself to our readers.
Answer: I belive myself to be a confident young woman who believes that she can achieve anything she wants to. I think that is the most important aspect in someone’s life. I play basketball too, and I am a true sportsperson, pure with my beliefs on discipline and teamwork. In my part time, I like to paint.
Question 2:Describe Your written test experience specifying number of rounds ,details of each round and type of test platform(online -amcat,hackerearth etc offline)
Answer: There was one aptitude test. It had three parts. Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning and Analytical Aptitude. It was not that difficult. It was an AMCAT based test. Mere practise is appropriate to ace the test, and time provided for the test was sufficient.
Question 3:Describe your all technical interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round (if any)(please share coding questions if possible)
Answer: No technical interviews
Question 4:Describe your all HR interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round
Answer: There was one JAM session. My topic was ‘Use of Analytics on a daily basis’. About 200 people had qualified after the test, leaving only 100 after JAM session.
The next round was a personal interview where I was asked about myself, and a lot of focus was around the extra circulars and basketball. I was asked why i wanted to join Deloitte after opting for Engineering background. I was also asked about my internships.

Answer: Confidence, Honesty during interview, Sport background
Question 6:Advice to juniors for cracking HR round
Answer: Be honest and be yourself. Work hard on building your resume. Learn about BTA, research what that job requires you to do and project yourself as most appropriate for the job in the interview. It is you, who decides how to shape an interview and plan and research it well.
