Here are the questions we asked from MUSKAN DAWAR to know about her interview experience.
Question 1:Introduce yourself to the readers.
Answer: I am Muskan Dawar from ludhiana. I was a computer science geek since my 12th. I love coding and learning new skills in the field of development.
Question 2:Describe your written test experience specifying the number of rounds, details of each round and type of test platform ( If online mention the type of test platform eg. Hackereart, CoCubes, Amcat etc).
Answer: Online test was on their own portal. It was a 45 minutes MCQ test. It had two sections.
First section of 25 minutes and it had aptitude questions whose level was just same as indiabix.
Second section of 20 minutes which consisted of computer science MCQs for which geeksforgeeks was enough.
Time was less for aptitude so speed matters a lot.
Question 3:Describe your all technical interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round (if any)(please share coding questions if possible).
Answer: There were 3 technical rounds and 1 HR round.
First technical round had two coding questions of easy level for which we have to code and some theoretical data structures questions related to internal implementation of hashmaps.
In second round interviewer asked two analytical puzzles, some quick approaches of coding questions, some theoretical OOPS and OS questions. Also I was asked to code quick sort.
In third round interviewer asked to code one coding question and he asked one aptitude questions related to clocks.
Question 4:Describe your all HR interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round.
Answer: HR interview was a formality round to ask about family background and location. If you reach that round, means you are selected.
Question 5:Key factors for your selection.
Answer: – Consistency which I maintained in my third year in coding.
– Learning from my mistakes that happened in every previous interview.
– Strong computer fundamentals
Question 6:What are the things students should focus on in order of priority?
Answer: Students should focus on competitive programming in first and second year. They should be consistent in that. In third year they should focus on some projects and practice leetcode for interviews. Side by side they should be strong on computer fundamentals like operating systems, OOPS and database management systems(DBMS).
Question 7:Advice to juniors for technical skills they should develop.
Answer: Competitive programming for online tests, data structures and algorithms for interviews, web development or machine learning for one project.
Question 8:According to you, what role does extra curricular activities as well as participation in societies play?
Answer: Extra curricular activities as well as participation in societies help in following areas:
– Gaining confidence
– contact with seniors for guidance
– technical societies help to learn.
Question 9:What would you like to advise juniors for cracking HR round of this company?
Answer: Just be yourself and you will be able to crack it. If you will pass all technical interviews, HR would be a cakewalk for you.
Question 10:Any other advice you would like to give to your juniors?
Answer: Just be consistent in competitive programming and enjoy your college life too, don’t get so much into studies.
