Question 1: Introduce yourself to our readers.
Answer: Hello Myself Naman Bansal from Thapar Institue of Engineering and Technology, Patiala
I am pursuing my Btech in ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING.
Besides these, I have good knowledge of Data Structures, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Web Development, Python (Programming Language)
Question 2: Describe Your written test experience specifying the number of rounds, details of each round, and type of test platform (online – amcat, hackerearth, etc / offline)
Answer: Written Test was conducted in 3 Phases, and is the first filtering round.
The written test is easy to crack if you practice it 3-4 months before placements.
The test is conducted on the TALVIEW platform.
Question 3: Describe your all HR interviews specifying the number of rounds and details of each round
Answer: HR interviews rounds are consist of puzzles, guestimates, and analysis-based questions.
Question 4: What were the key factors for your selection?
Answer: According to me, my good analytical skills and consistency in my aptitude test practice problems help me to achieve this opportunity.
Question 5: What are the things students should focus on in order of priority?
Answer: Have a good practice of Aptitude Tests, Build your communication skills, be consistent.
Question 6: According to you, what role do extracurricular activities as well as participation in societies play?
Answer: According to me, they boost up your confidence, make you responsible, and help you to get socialize.
Question 7: Any Other Advice you would like to give to your juniors?
Answer: You should focus on their dream and it’s better if they get clear as soon as possible that whether they want to go in tech, non-tech, or in a core company.
