Question 1:Introduce yourself to our readers.
Answer: I am just honest and hardworking girl.
Question 2:Describe Your written test experience specifying number of rounds ,details of each round and type of test platform(online -amcat,hackerearth etc offline)
Answer: It consists of 4 sections- aptitude, logical reasoning, sql and data structures(trees, linked list). each section with time limit.
Question 3:Describe your all technical interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round (if any)(please share coding questions if possible)
Answer: I gave two technical interviews. In the first round, they asked me about my projects, sql and some finance related questions also(as I told them that i m having interest in finance). it went average
Then they called me for second round, again sql questions and finance questions. This was almost resume based, projects were discussed again in more detail. one riddle was also asked.
Question 4:Describe your all HR interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round
Answer: there was just one HR round. it goes for just 10 minutes but he asked me lots of questions.
Question 5:Key factors for your selection
Answer: confidence, good knowledge of projects and SQL. also finance knowledge helped me a lot as blackrock was a fintech company
Question 6:Advice to juniors for technical skills they should develop
Answer: practise questions of data structures specially trees and linked lists. your basics should be cleared.
Question 7:Advice to juniors for cracking HR round
Answer: just be confident and positive. dont lie just stay true to yourselves and interviewer
