Here are the questions we asked from Osho to know about his interview experience.
Question 1:Introduce yourself to our readers.
Answer: Able, dependable, creative, flexible etc (that’s what I wrote on my CV)
Question 2:Describe Your written test experience specifying number of rounds ,details of each round and type of test platform(online -amcat,hackerearth etc offline)
Answer: 1 written test consisting of 3 sections- quantitative, logical and verbal. In quants max. questions were from pemutations, combinations and HCF LCM.
Question 3:Describe your all technical interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round (if any)(please share coding questions if possible)
Answer: No technical interviews.
Question 4:Describe your all HR interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round
Answer: 1 hr interview ( after a JAM session) which was very short ( in my case), they asked me to give a short introduction and then asked a situational question , then they enquired about my locational restrictions. They also asked about the programming languages I knew, but no questions from it. That’s it.
Question 5:Key factors for your selection
Answer: My jam session went well. About the interview, it was too short to make conclusions.
Question 6:Advice to juniors for technical skills they should develop
Answer: If you improve your basic programming skills, that can be an added advantage.
Question 7:Advice to juniors for cracking HR round
Answer: Be honest, prepare your resume well so that you can answer anything asked from it, questions are mostly from it . Make the interviewer believe that you really want the job and that your long term goals are very much being a part of the company.
