Here are the questions we asked from Parvesh Kumar to know about his interview experience.
Question 1:Describe Your written test experience specifying the number of rounds, details of each round and type of test platform ( If online mention the type of test platform eg. Hackereart, CoCubes, Amcat etc).
Answer: There were basically 4 rounds in written test and they were on IBM’s own platform and all the round were elimination rounds.First round was based on cognitive ability in which there were simple games like puzzle solving and mathematical calculations.The second round was Behavioural test and it was taken to test you what you actually are as a person and to test your behavioural skills.You have to select one of the option from strongly agree, agree, disagree based on the different questions.The third round was a simple round on English,It was like an easy grammar test.And the last round was a coding test in which there was one coding question and 5 MCQs related to DBMS,networking and OS.
Question 2:Describe your all technical interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round (if any).
Answer: There was just one interview round which was technical+HR.The interviewer started with my resume and asked some questions related to my projects which were based on Machine Learning and he also asked me about my capstone project in detail.After that he asked some questions on SQL queries,OS and OOPS.He asked me about the real life example of concepts of OOPS.Then he asked me 1 or 2 questions on trees.At last there were some HR questions like what are your strength,weakness etc.
Question 3:Describe your all HR interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round.
Answer: There was not any separate HR round.
Question 4:What would you like to advise juniors for cracking HR round of this company?
Answer: Just be confident and focus on your communication skills and try to convince the interviewer that you are most suitable person for this job.
Question 5:Any Other Advice you would like to give to your juniors?
Answer: Hardwork is important ,but it should be in right direction,So practice lots and lots of questions on platform like Interviewbit and GFG.I would recommend that start with the easy questions from gfg and increase your level by doing questions from Interviewbit. Also focus on other subjects like OOPS,OS and DBMS, networks etc.
