CGPA Cutoff: there was no cut off CGPA. They just eliminated people in the interviews.
Here are the questions we asked from Piyush Sharma to know about his interview experience.
Question 1:Introduce yourself to the readers.
Answer: I am Piyush Sharma. I am the author of “If she be my poetry”.
Question 2:Describe your written test experience specifying the number of rounds, details of each round and type of test platform ( If online mention the type of test platform eg. Hackereart, CoCubes, Amcat etc).
Answer: There was no written test.
Question 3:Describe your all technical interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round (if any)(please share coding questions if possible).
Answer: There were questions regarding the certifications that I have done, the projects that I have mentioned in the resume and on the basis of the languages that you know.
I know C, C++, HTML, Java , Java Script, Python,CSS, PHP, MySQL.
Since the profile offered was that of a junior system admin , so I was asked questions based on networking. I was asked to explain the whole project regarding how the project was working or you can say , the flow of the project.
Question 4:Describe your all HR interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round.
Answer: They asked simple , random questions like If you had a couple of million dollars, what would you do? These kind of questions were asked by the HR.
Question 5:Key factors for your selection.
Answer: Confidence, project work, certifications (apart from the course) and my interest in networking. That was a major thing and fluency as well.
Question 6:According to you, what role does extra curricular activities as well as participation in societies play?
Answer: It shows how giving you are to the society and how aware you are about the society. It helps you socializing and maintaining new connections. Since we are living in a society, we have to do these things because its more like giving back to the society.

Question 9:Please tell about some of the projects that you have made.
Answer: A Hospital management system, attendance register, database management system, a website.
The website was regarding teaching english poetry and literature from scratch.
Question 10:What are the technical skills that juniors should develop for going in this particular field?
Answer: Having and maintaining the confidence and not giving up the situation.
What juniors do is that, under stressful situations, they freak out. That’s what they need to maintain
In terms of technical skills, just be updated and know what you are doing, know your languages, know what you are working on. Not thoroughly , not deeply, but just enough to show it in your personality that you have a certain level knowledge of the system or the languages and technology you are working on.
