Here are the questions we asked from Prince Mittal to know about his interview experience.
Question 1:Introduce yourself to the readers.
Answer: This is Prince Mittal CSE 18 Batch from Chitkara University. Currently an intern who is working as a React Native Developer at GeekyAnts Software Pvt. Ltd.
Question 2:Describe your written test experience specifying the number of rounds, details of each round and type of test platform ( If online mention the type of test platform eg. Hackereart, CoCubes, Amcat etc).
Answer: A decent level of programming and aptitude is required to crack the written and practical rounds. Keep your focus on key topics in the particular language in which you are working. It may be python, java, or whatsoever language. The key topics are strings, arrays, data structures, trees, and many more. Focus on these to strengthen up your knowledge. In my case, the pre HR rounds were pretty easy in comparison to what I had expected. So I ended up slipping through them quiet easily.
Question 3:Describe your all technical interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round (if any)(please share coding questions if possible).
Answer: Unlike other students having two interviews for the same company, I came across a single interview to which I gave my hundred percent showcasing my skills of Front-End and Back-End programming skills through my projects which I made during my journey through college where my dream was to become a good Full-Stack Developer. The thing which paved my way to a single round selection in GeekyAnts was my Facebook clone Website with decent features like voice chat group chat live feed updates and many other features.
Question 4:Describe your all HR interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round.
Answer: The HR round in my case was to prove my communication skills to be better than others. And my time management plus point to finish up projects in no time was my key factor that planted my seed in GeekyAnts.
Question 5:Key factors for your selection.
Answer: Listing up my key factors of selection:
=>First of all your coding skills the knowledge of programming language is a must. Most frequently asked questions in the technical interview round lies deep into the programming language you’ve opted for.
=>The second most important thing, in my opinion, is projects. Projects are the best way to showcase your skills and the way you integrate two or more kinds of technologies into one single piece of software.
=>The third and the most neglected factor is communication skills. They play a pivotal role in selection criteria because it is you are going to present yourself and your product or we can say the project to the respective person. The more impressive and expressive you are the more you end up getting chance of being shortlisted or selected.
Question 6:What are the things students should focus on in order of priority?
Answer: I’ll tabulate the order of priority of the keys you need to follow:

Question 7:Advice to juniors for technical skills they should develop.
Answer: Instead of running after multiple programming languages choose one which is versatile enough to handle most of your working scenarios. Master in that particular language. Apply a load of questions. This will help you building logic in a much efficient way.
Question 8:What would you like to advise juniors for cracking HR round of this company?
Answer: The only key to open the doors behind the HR round is confidence. This plays a vital role in your selection because this is gonna be the factor which will help you to carve yourself in any situation no matter what it is.
