Here are the questions we asked from Priyank to know about his interview experience.
Question 1: Introduce yourself to our readers.
Answer 1: Curiosity is not my interest,it’s my need” I am pursuing my electrical engineering from Thapar University.I belong from Alwar,Raiasthan and I like to be in different cultures and adapt to them. I am a carefree person who is calm and composed in most of the situation. I am a friendly person and love being with my friends.
Question 2: Describe Your written test experience specifying the number of rounds, details of each round and type of test platform ( If online mention the type of test platform eg. Hackereart, CoCubes, Amcat etc).
Answer: Online test was an aptitude and verbal test nothing technical. But it wasn’t a rejection round,most of students qualified it.
Question 3: Describe your all technical interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round.
Answer: After aptitude test there was an interview on techical skills. Interviewer asked mainly about the summer training and few technical questions more apart from that. Like:- what are harmonics? ,How do they arise in system?, How could you make your electrical devices smart?, What are the rating of appliances in this room? He also tested basic GK.
Question 4: Describe your all HR interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round.
Answer: Single HR interview. Little stress was there. Else questions were general about my role in company and one conditional question.
Question 5: What do you think were key factors for your selection?
Answer: My frank and straightforward attitude. My presence of my mind and mainly will to get selected.
Question 6: What would you like to advise juniors for technical skills they should develop for this company?
Answer: Know basic concepts and terms of your subject. Think and study logically, no cramming or shortcuts in your projects and labs.
Question 7: What would you like to advise juniors for cracking HR round of this company?
Answer: Stay calm. Say what you are, don’t bluff.If are fit will get selected. By bluffing if got selected than you won’t enjoy your work because you were not the fit.
