Here are the questions we asked from SAHIL SHARMA to know about his interview experience.

Question 1:Introduce yourself to our readers.

Answer: I said a diligent person, disciplined in life. I am ready to take up challenges and fulfill them with 100% determination. I like to explore new places and interact with new people.

Question 2:Describe Your written test experience specifying number of rounds ,details of each round and type of test platform(online -amcat,hackerearth etc offline)

Answer: Online test round with 2 coding questions and rest MCQs

Question 3:Describe your all technical interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round (if any)(please share coding questions if possible)

Answer: One technical round. I was asked one coding question and done basic questions on Java and DBMS including SQL.

Question 4:Describe your all HR interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round

Answer: One HR round which included questions on all aspects of life regarding my failures strengths weaknesses. I was asked to explain my whole life of 22 yrs. I was asked to prove my hard work and disciplined life too. Few questions on my family too.

Question 5:Key factors for your selection

Answer: My technical skills as well as my overall personality.

Question 6:Advice to juniors for technical skills they should develop

Answer: Should definitely be good at coding and thorough with your technical subjects as well… Always be perfect with what you have written in your resume.

Question 7:Advice to juniors for cracking HR round

Answer: Just be to the point and present yourself in a way that is beneficial for the firm. Always prepare those basic HR questions like introducing yourself, strengths and weaknesses, why should we hire you and why this firm ?
