Interview Difficulty Level: 5/10 (1-very easy, 10-very difficult)

Here are the questions we asked from Samarth Agrawal to know about his interview experience.

Question 1:Introduce yourself to our readers.

Answer: I will describe myself as a smart worker rather than a hard worker. I possess basic interpersonal skills and have the capability to adjust in any organisation set-up.

Question 2:Describe Your written test experience specifying number of rounds ,details of each round and type of test platform(online -amcat,hackerearth etc offline)

Answer: There were 5 rounds scheduled.
1st round: Online aptitude test. This was a monitored test through webcam and sound recording. Consisted of 55 questions to be done in 50 minutes.
2nd round: Right after online test, one has to give a monitored video interview round . In this machine asks 8 questions which includes situations, guess estimate and two of them were dbms related questions.
3rd/4th round: Major shortlisting was after second round. This was a case study round. In this they give you a case study and ask you 3 questions. For this profile, the questions had to be answered using SQL queries.
5th round: Hr round.This was a telephonic interview.

Question 3:Describe your all technical interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round (if any)(please share coding questions if possible)

Answer: Based on your answers in case study, they call you for interview.
Expect case related questions, guess estimate, dbms related questions, puzzles etc. The two interviews were merged(case and behavioral interview) I was able to solve the puzzles and questions correctly. They give you hints. Take them and don’t give up .

Question 4:Describe your all HR interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round

Answer: This was a telephonic interview.For me, basic hr questions were asked which should be prepared beforehand like why ZS , why should we hire you etc..However you can expect some questions on dbms.

Question 5:Key factors for your selection

Answer: Honesty in interview, good case interview.

Question 6:Advice to juniors for technical skills they should develop

Answer: Dbms and sql queries like joins subqueries etc. are a must. Practice some basic puzzles and guesstimate

Question 7:Advice to juniors for cracking HR round

Answer: Be honest, stay calm, prepare answers beforehand.
