1 GD round– a group of 10 students.

Question 2: Describe your all technical interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round (if any).

Answer: No technical round. Students were shortlisted for HR Round on basis of above rounds.

Question 3: Describe your all HR interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round.

Answer: Only one HR round was conducted: The interviewer will just ask you the basic question like tell about yourself, your weakness etc. He will just listen to you and what matters is how you represent yourself. It was all very casual. It was like talking to a friend. The interview ended in just 10-12 minutes, and it was me who asked no I want to keep on going. So we talked a bit more. I asked about the company, what will be expected from us and everything. So I extended it for 12-15 minutes more.

Question 4: What do you think were key factors for your selection?

Answer: I think my confidence and my patience helped to crack the interview.

Question 5: What would you like to advise juniors for technical skills they should develop for this company?

Answer: Basics of your core should be on your tips and if possible brush up your programming skills.

Question 6: What would you like to advise juniors for cracking HR round of this company?

Answer: Be patient. You will certainly feel that the interviewer is bored or annoyed. In fact, he is just judging you how you handle the stress and you don’t panic. In HR you don’t have to be too serious. Now no longer the interviewers are very serious. Keep a smiling face but don’t get too casual too. If you are not too fluent in English ask the interviewer to converse in Hindi. It’s all fine. If you have any doubts HR is the person you should ask and don’t be shy about asking anything. It is their job to clear all your doubts.
