Here are the questions we asked from Paras to know about his interview experience.
Question 1: Introduce yourself to our readers.
Answer 1:I am a keen learner and always ready to learn new things. I have the skills and attitude that are suitable for suitable for team work. I have strong task motivation which can help me to drive any difficult task.
Question 2: Describe Your written test experience specifying the number of rounds, details of each round and type of test platform ( If online mention the type of test platform eg. Hackereart, CoCubes, Amcat etc).
Answer: There was one online coding test conducted on hackerearth coding platform.Test consists of three questions : two of 30 marks and one of 40 marks. 30 marks questions were moderate and 40 mark question was hard.
Question 3: Describe your all technical interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round.
Answer:They conducted two elimination rounds of technical interviews. My first round was solely based on trees and all types of linked lists. Second round was mainly focussed on dynamic programming, the questions asked were tough.
Question 4: Describe your all HR interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round.
Answer:They conducted one HR interview and one managerial interview. Both the rounds were easy and are just formality. They asked the same HR questions which are easily available online.
Question 5: What do you think were key factors for your selection?
Answer:My good knowledge in computer science being an electronics student.
Question 6: What would you like to advise juniors for technical skills they should develop for this company?
Answer: They should develop interest in some important subjects of computer science like data structure and computer architecture. If you know one coding language apart from ones taught in college then its a plus point.
Question 7: What would you like to advise juniors for cracking HR round of this company?
Answer:Just prepare for the general HR questions and be yourself.
