Profile offered: Will be shuffled in 3 profiles over a period of 3 years- software development, client services and business analyst

Branch and Graduation Year: COE 2019

Package Offered: 12 lac (CTC)

Cgpa Cutoff : 6.5

Interview Difficulty Level: 8/10 (1-very easy, 10-very difficult)

Here are the questions we asked from Shaunak Arora to know about his interview experience.

Question 1:Introduce yourself to our readers.

Answer: Answering this question wont help you in any way, so ill just pass this.

Question 2:Describe Your written test experience specifying number of rounds ,details of each round and type of test platform(online -amcat,hackerearth etc offline)

Answer: Online test on amcat.

Question 3:Describe your all technical interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round (if any)(please share coding questions if possible)

Answer: First round was in college, a qualifying round. Two puzzles were asked from everyone and they were of moderate level. Then we had an ION day for which 40 students went to the company in Noida. Over there, the first 2 rounds were group rounds(6 students in each group). These were basically to lighten up the moods of all the students and see how well can they work as a team. There was no elimination in these rounda. Then the first technical round took place. They asked me to introduce myself. Then a couple of questions regarding Adventure Club were asked. After that we had a long and healthy dicussion about blockchain. I was asked to explain everything in layman terms. Then a couple of questions around the capstone project. And a question of system design- they asked me to redesign an ATM.

Question 4:Describe your all HR interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round

Answer: After this round i had a mangerial round. Which was just a general round abour general things. You just need to keep your mind open and explain well enough. And then a last round of HR interview by the country head of the company. This round felt like a discussion around where you see yourself and what all you aspire to do.

Question 5:Key factors for your selection

Answer: I would say that i cracked this interview on the knowledge of everything that i had in the past 3 years. I felt that my mind worked on the fly that day and i was able to answer all the questions that they asked. Plus i gained confidence with every right answer and that gave it a big boost.

Question 6:Advice to juniors for technical skills they should develop

Answer: If anyone of you really wants to get into a technical company, you should atart brushing up your coding skills by the start of 6th sem and then later on study other subjects like dbms, machine learning, OS, networking and have some knowledge about an area which is a little different from what you study in college, it could be of your interest or something that is really looked after, like i chose blockchain.

Question 7:Advice to juniors for cracking HR round

Answer: Just be yourself and a little bit of lying never hurts 😛
