Profile Offered: Intern – Internship

Job Location: Gurugram

CGPA Cutoff: 8 or above is enough.

Here are the questions we asked from Sheena Setia to know about her interview experience.

Question 1:Introduce yourself to the readers.

Answer: Hey i’m Sheena and i’m working as an Intern in Majid Al Futtaim- Carrefour.

Question 2:Describe your written test experience specifying the number of rounds, details of each round and type of test platform ( If online mention the type of test platform eg. Hackereart, CoCubes, Amcat etc).

Answer: We had just one test consisting of 20 mcqs’ and 3 coding questions. They were based on Computer Networks and Data Base Management System. Coding questions were input-output based.

Question 3:Describe your all technical interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round (if any)(please share coding questions if possible).

Answer: There were 2 technical interview rounds. First one was entirely based on DS and Algo. They were expecting pseudo codes. They discussed OOPS concepts, they asked some theory questions also. You should be comfortable in explaining whatever you know. In second round they asked questions based on my projects. They asked about the technologies that i had worked on. All they wants to check is whether you have really worked on those projects or not.

Question 4:Describe your all HR interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round.

Answer: My HR was a simple one. They just made me comfortable, knew me more by asking basic questions. They usually checks for your positive attitude towards problems that they give and your keenness in their company.

Question 5:Key factors for your selection.

Answer: Be good at one language. Polish your oops concepts and data-structures. Focus on coding, CN and DBMS. Clear your concepts and don’t cram the codes.

Question 6:Advice to juniors for technical skills they should develop.

Answer: Already told, have good hands on coding part. Focus on what you do and make good projects.

Question 7:According to you, what role does extra curricular activities as well as participation in societies play?

Answer: It really doesn’t matter much.

Question 8:What would you like to advise juniors for cracking HR round of this company?

Answer: Honesty is the policy. You should be smart but not over smart. Don’t try to impress them rather try to express yourself. Don’t speak nonsense things in front of them. If you need time, take take but answer concrete.

Question 9:Any other advice you would like to give to your juniors?

Answer: Prepare a good resume. Highlight the things that you think interviewer may like. Stay specific into whatever you are writing in it.
