Here are the questions we asked Ishita Sharma to know about her interview experience.
Question 1: Introduce yourself to our readers.
Answer: Hey everyone! Myself Ishita. I am a fourth-year student of Computer Science B.E at Chitkara University.
Question 2: Describe Your written test experience specifying the number of rounds, details of each round, and type of test platform (online – amcat, hackerearth, etc / offline)
Answer: There was an elitmus entrance exam in which there was 70% passing criteria.
Question 3: Describe your all technical interviews specifying the number of rounds and details of each round (if any) (please share coding questions if possible)
Answer: There were two technical rounds. which were held on Ms teams. In this meeting, they asked questions related to OOPs, data structure, Theory questions. The question asked from me was to write a code to find the mid element of the string. To prepare for coding I used gfg, hackerank, interview bit. For theory, I took help from youtube.
Question 4: Describe your all HR interviews specifying the number of rounds and details of each round
Answer: There was only H.R round. They asked simple questions in the HR round
Question 5: What were the key factors for your selection?
Answer: SQL (backend), theory subjects, data structure
Question 6: What are the things students should focus on in order of priority?
Answer: Data structure, Programming language, DBMS, OS
Question 7: According to you, what role do extracurricular activities as well as participation in societies play?
Answer: Confidence, network
Question 8: Any Other Advice you would like to give to your juniors?
Answer: 1. Practice programming language
