Question 1: Describe Your written test experience specifying the number of rounds, details of each round and type of test platform ( If online mention the type of test platform eg. Hackereart, CoCubes, Amcat etc).

Answer: There was one online test. It consisted of three sections:-

  • the aptitude section
  • the verbal section
  • the c/c++ section

The level of these sections was intermediate. For this, you will be requiring the thorough practice of all these sections.Brush up your basics of C And oops concepts.You don’t need the hardcore knowledge. For the first two sections if you have enough practice for about 3 months you will be able to clear the test.

Question 2: Describe your all technical interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round (if any).

Answer: There was one technical interview.It was completely project oriented.They will be checking your basics and whatever you learnt from your projects. Tell each and every detail of your project starting from where did you get the idea of your project, basic block diagram, circuit diagram, interfacing(if involved), working, future scope.Prepare at least one of ur core subjects. They may also ask you questions from it.

Question 3: Describe your all HR interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round.

Answer: There was one HR Interview.It was quite simple. They asked about my family background, my hobbies, short term and long term goals.

Question 4: What do you think were key factors for your selection?

Answer: I was goal oriented, focused and trust me hard work always pays.Whatever you do, do it passionately.

Question 5: What would you like to advise juniors for technical skills they should develop for this company?

Answer: If you want to get into the company which deals with the domain of coding then learn and do the practice of C / C++/ JAVA like anything.It will surely help you fetch hefty packages.In addition to this prepare well for your core subjects and revise ur basics thoroughly.

Question 6: What would you like to advise juniors for cracking HR round of this company?

Answer: Google for the most frequently asked HR Questions and get an idea about how to answer these impressively. Do ReSearch about the company you will be appearing for. Eg: what does it do, its ongoing projects, Recent achievements etc, some stuff related to the company’s history.

Here are the questions we asked from Tushar to know about his interview experience.

Question 1: Please introduce yourself to our readers.

Answer: My hobbies are playing cricket, badminton and football. I love to watch videos of robotics, coding and electronics. During academics, also worked on many robots like IED Transporter, Quadcopter, PID LFR and many other. I was technical head of saturnalia2k15. I secured 2nd rank in IITD Escape Tunnel competition and 1st rank in thapar university open the lock competition.

Question 2: Describe Your written test experience specifying the number of rounds, details of each round and type of test platform ( If online mention the type of test platform eg. Hackereart, CoCubes, Amcat etc).

Answer: Wipro Test was tough but as their recruitment was high so it was easy to crack. Online test conducted by cocubes, test consisted of 3 sections quant+logical, verbal and technical. To attempt technical test we have to choose between two language c++ and java. All question were multiple choice question answer. Total 70 question were their.

ELUCIDATA Based upon solution of given assignment.

Question 3: Describe your all technical interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round (if any).

Answer: Wipro Interview was easy. They asked me to describe yourself and about your projects. They asked me to describe all the achievements and also about hobbies.

ELUCIDATA Online telephonic interview: they asked me to describe yourself and than they asked me question related to given assignment and some simple questions related to c coding. They asked me to install r&r studio. Then they asked me to solve one programming question with the help of r&r programming. As I was new to r&r programming so they asked me to share screen and asked to take help from google.

Question 4: Describe your all HR interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round.

Answer: Wipro: Simple questions like describe yourself and about your projects and about your family.

ELUCIDATA: No HR interview

Question 5: What do you think were key factors for your selection?

Answer: Extra curriculum activities and confidence which I gained through attempting various companies interviews.

Question 6: What would you like to advise juniors for technical skills they should develop for this company?

Answer: Thapar University provide adequate knowledge required for cracking interviews. Just go through all the subjects which you learned in thapar university. Important subjects are:-  c,c++, java and data structure, CMOS, digital system design.

Question 7: What would you like to advise juniors for cracking HR round of this company?

Answer: After cracking technical interviews, hr is just a formality but don’t take it too lightly that may cost you your job. Just answer the question straight forward with confidence.

Here are the questions we asked from Arshbir to know about her interview experience.

Question 1: Introduce yourself to our readers.

Answer 1: I am an Electrical engineer. I like to travel and try different food. I am hardworking , confident , optimistic girl. My hobbies are dance and watching TV series.

Question 2: Describe Your written test experience specifying the number of rounds, details of each round and type of test platform ( If online mention the type of test platform eg. Hackereart, CoCubes, Amcat etc).

Answer: Written test held on cocubes. It was divided in three parts- verbal, reasoning and technical. Verbal and reasoning was easy. For verbal I suggest you to read newspaper and novels. For reasoning RS Agarwal is enough. Technical was quite difficult if you are a non IT student. Technical questions were from data structure, object oriented programming( that was a choice c++ or Java). For non IT students I suggest you to watch nptl videos and there are many other good tutorial videos on YouTube. This round is the main barrier because most of the students get shortlisted form it. So good luck ,do practice.

Answer: There was only one teachnical round. Interviewer was very nice to me.. do wish him with a smile and ask to sit. As I applied for data analyst profile, so most questions were to check my data handling capacity. Like they asked me how much vegetable come to your city every day. Don’t rush and Don’t give them a random number. They Don’t want a number. They want to know how you approach toward the question. Think for two minutes and tell a range with explanation why you think so.

Then they asked do I know coding and which subjects I read related to coding. So I told them that I like coding and data structure and object oriented programming were my electives. so they asked me difference between link list and array, program to create a link list.

Technical round is easy just be calm and keep smiling. Good luck.

Answer: Student shortlisted form technical sit for HR. It was just a 10 minute interview. He asked me about my goals , why wipro, am I comfortable with traveling. Almost all the students from HR got placed.

Question 5: What do you think were key factors for your selection?

Answer: Well, I think there were 4 key factors:
– smile
– quite good knowledge about coding
– confidence
– my traveling nature, because it is the demand of job.

Question 6: What would you like to advise juniors for cracking HR round of this company?

Answer: Just clear your goal and keep smiling, be confident. You should ask HR while sitting down that how was your day.

Question 1: Introduce yourself to our readers.

Answer 1: I am an ECE engineer, very dedicated and dynamic. I’m very passionate about sports. I have represented Thapar in BasketBall. I have my hands on experience in both technical as well non-technical events. I am quick learner, cheerful, active and always have a positive attitude towards life.

Question 2: Describe Your written test experience specifying the number of rounds, details of each round and type of test platform ( If online mention the type of test platform eg. Hackereart, CoCubes, Amcat etc).

Answer: First round was online test, conducted by Co-cubes. It consisted of 3 sections:-
– Aptitude (Quantitative + Logical)
-Verbal -Technical (C and C++/Java) (You are given a choice from C++ and Java) There are total of 70 MCQ’s .

Question 3: Describe your all technical interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round.

Answer: There was one round of technical interview. They will ask you about your projects. Have a good hold over them. My profile is of analyst ,so i was asked to analyse a given situation and draw a graph according to that. Don’t directly jump to the answer, they are always interested in your approach. You may be asked to solve guesstimates. Be clear and confident. You might also be asked about basic C programme. Google top 100 C programmes , they are more than enough.

Question 4: Describe your all HR interviews specifying number of rounds and details of each round.

Answer: There was only one HR round. It was just a 10-15 min interview. I was asked about my family ,Why Wipro ,What qualities a leader should have , Are you comfortable doing job anywhere . They only check your communication skills and confidence. Always have a smile on your face.

Question 5: What do you think were key factors for your selection?

Answer: Listing some of the key factors:-
-Confidence
-Adaptive nature
-Communication Skills
-Way of approaching Questions
-Yes of course, basic technical knowledge.

Question 6: What would you like to advise juniors for technical skills they should develop for this company?

Answer: For non-IT students i would suggest you to brush up your basics of C and start learning C++ and Java. For aptitude Rs Aggarwal is enough.

Question 6: What would you like to advise juniors for cracking HR round of this company?

Answer: Listen to Wipro presentation very , you might get a question, Say you are a team player and always keen on learning. When interviewee asked you , Any Questions? Do ask, this will give an impression that you are interested in their company Go Confident and Believe in Yourself.
